A mobile notary travels to your preferred location,
home, office, hospital, or a coffee shop to notarize documents, bringing convenience and flexibility to your schedule.
What do I need to bring to an appointment?
Each signer must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as:
– California Driver’s License or State ID – U.S. Passport or Passport Card Other ID forms that comply with California notary law
The document should be completed before the appointment and signed in the notary’s presence (unless otherwise instructed).

How soon can I schedule an appointment?
We offer same day, next day, weekend, and after hours availability based on your location and needs. Booking in advance ensures the best time slots .

Can you notarize if I don’t have a valid ID?
Yes, in certain cases.
If you don’t have valid, government-issued photo ID, California law allows you to use two credible witnesses who:
– Personally know you (the signer)
– Do not have a financial interest in the document
-Can present valid ID themselves,
– Are willing to take an oath or affirmation in front of the notary
This is called identity verification by credible witnesses.
Note: Without proper ID or qualifying witnesses, the notary legally cannot complete the notarization.

What if my ID is expired?
Under California notary law, an expired ID may be accepted only if it meets all of the following:
– It is a California Driver’s License or California ID Card – It was issued within the past 5 years – It contains a photograph, description, signature, and identifying number
If your expired ID does not meet these requirements, you will need either a valid form of identification or two credible witnesses.
Please contact me in advance if your ID is expired so we can determine if it qualifies or discuss your options.
What If I Don’t Understand a Document?
As a notary, I am not permitted to provide legal advice or explain the contents of any document.
My responsibility is to:
– Verify your identity
-Confirm you are signing willingly and knowingly
– Witness your signature and complete the notarization

What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted payment methods include:

* Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
Can you notarize documents in a language other than English?
Yes, but the notarial certificate must be in English and I must be able to communicate directly with the signer in a language we both understand. I do not provide translation services.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend notary services?
Yes. I provide evening, weekend, and holiday notary appointments to accommodate busy schedules throughout Simi Valley, Ventura County, The Entire San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles.
What areas do you serve as a mobile notary?

Can you visit hospitals, convalescent homes, assisted living facilities, or jail facilities?
Yes. I provide mobile notary services to a wide range of locations, including hospitals, convalescent homes, skilled nursing facilities, hospice locations, and assisted living communities throughout Simi Valley, Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, and Greater Los Angeles. I also travel to jail and detention facilities for inmate notarizations. This includes the Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic, as well as other local jails and correctional locations that allow professional notary access. Please note: appointments at detention centers may require additional coordination, security check-in time, and facility approval.
Do you handle real estate signings and loan documents?
Yes, I am experienced with buyer/seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, deeds, escrow documents, and more
Do you provide witnesses if needed?
Some documents require witnesses. If you need witnesses, please notify me in advance. I may be able to provide witness services for an additional fee, depending on availability.
Can you print or deliver documents for the appointment?
Yes. I offer document printing and document delivery/drop-off for an additional fee. This is especially helpful for real estate closings, hospital patients, and inmate paperwork.
Can you help fill out forms?
No. Notaries in California cannot assist with completing documents. They can only notarize signatures. I can, however, help ensure your documents are organized and ready for signing.
Do you provide apostille services?
I can assist with the apostille process by notarizing your documents and guiding you on how to obtain an apostille from the California Secretary of State. Full apostille handling is available upon request.
What is an Apostille?
You may need an apostille for documents such as: Birth certificates, marriage certificates, and divorce records Powers of attorney Diplomas, transcripts, and educational certificates Business documents and contracts Real estate documents and deeds
